Our Kick Boxing classes are split by age and ability so there is a lot of choice and no need to feel out of your depth. L1 is beginners, non contact, focusing on technique and getting your fitness levels up. L2/L3 is advanced techniques and competition sparring
FITNESS AND CONDITIONING CLASSES
These classes are never the same, with a mix of fast pace pad work and Tabita based cardio exercises, plus body weight and functional fitness exercises, these classes will hit your entire body and help you get in to great shape
People book 1 to 1 or small private group classes for all sorts of reasons - So if you want to focus on a specific area of your training or want to train out of hours or maybe you just need that extra push, then we can help
